Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). GumnutKid is not registered to collect GST at this time. In the unlikely event that there is an incorrect price displayed due to a typographical error or mistake, GumnutKid has the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.If your credit card has been charged for the order, Gumnutkid will immediately issue a refund to the credit card.

Payment Options.

At GumnutKid we accept payments via PayPal or Direct Deposits into our bank account. PayPal enables anyone with an email address to send and receive payments online without sharing your financial information. You can fund your payment with your debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal balance. PayPal uses the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems for worry free transactions. If you have not yet registered with PayPal you can easily do so at the checkout. If you would prefer to pay by Direct Deposit please contacts us to process your order and we will email you with our banking details and your order reference number. Please note Direct Deposits can sometimes take a few days to be processed and orders will only be shipped when payment has been received.

Product Availability

Sometimes orders can be placed which cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, it is sometimes difficult to keep up to date with the availability of all styles and sizes as the supplier is busy selling shoes everyday too. If this does occur you will be contacted by GumnutKid immediately to discuss your options such as an alternative shoe or a full refund. If a product you would like is out of stock, please contact us so we can let you know if and when we are expecting new stock to arrive. Sale items may only have limited sizes and colours available.

Product Descriptions.

We have made every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Please remember computer monitors do vary so we can not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or fine detail of the products displayed on this site.

Refunds and Exchanges

At Gumnut Kid we are committed to providing you with high quality and stylish products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact us via info@gumnutkid.com within three days of receiving your purchase to organise a refund or exchange. Goods will only be exchanged if returned in the original packaging and in unused condition. We suggest that you use registered post to return the item for exchange, as GNK will not be responsible for goods lost in the mail. Gumnutkid will however gladly pay for the expense of re-shipping the new item to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items are returned either used, soiled or damaged. Refunds will only be given for the value of the item, not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer. Returns/exchanges are to be mailed to: Gumnut Kid 8 Allison Rd, Mount Eliza VIC 3930 Sale items are not refundable, however we will happily exchange sale items for alternative sizes where available. These types of sales are considered final. Don't forget if you need any help with sizes we are more than happy to help.

By registering to GumnutKid or by joining our newsletter subscriptions you are agreeing to accept promotional emails from time to time. Through the newsletter and promotions we can let you know about new product ranges, new brands and special sales or member discounts.
